We are so excited for Flame Fest 2014 to be hosted at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, Illinois. This is a prime location for self-reflection or reconnection with your firefighter.
Located just 1.5 miles from Oak Brook Center, a lifestyle shopping plaza, we’ll have the opportunity to dine and shop within walking distance to the gathering. For those of you that plan on making this a family vacation, the Brookfield Zoo could be a great place for your children to spend the day while you connect with your husband or focus on yourself during our daytime sessions.
Oak Brook is 30 minutes from downtown Chicago with convenient access to the train system.
The Hyatt Lodge grounds couldn’t be any more beautiful and include endless amenities for impromptu social gatherings, individual relaxation and romantic interaction. This setting is the perfect background for our events and speaker program.
The indoor pool will provide a nice respite to recharge and relax between sessions or a place for our ever-so-popular after hours chats. Overall, this luxury hotel couldn’t provide anything more than what we all need to nurture our friendships and reconnect in our marriages.
Flame Fest has an exclusive event rate of $129 / night at the Hyatt Lodge.
We recommend you make your room reservation immediately so you can be included in the event block for Flame Fest. We are not the only event at the hotel that weekend and do expect the hotel to be full. When you make your reservations you do not have to pay for your room at that time. And you are able to cancel your reservation later should something change.
The closest airport to the Hyatt Lodge is O’Hare International Airport (11 miles), but Midway Airport is only (15 miles). Travel from the hotel to the airport is your responsibility but you can take a cab for approximately $30 or use the train system in town.
